The Premier Advanced Longevity Panel offers a highly detailed look at the cellular mechanics of aging, providing advanced genomic insights across five major domains that extend far beyond traditional aging markers. Designed for high-level bioindividualization, this test supports optimized interventions across detoxification, cognitve, metabolic , and structural resilience.
The Five Major Domains this test assess includes:
1. Epigenetic Clocks & Age Acceleration
Evaluates gene variants that explore the genetic blueprint behind the rate of biological aging, focusing on Cellular Senescence, Altered Cell Communication, and Epigenetic Alterations. These pathways are key regulators of DNA expression, mitochondrial health, and systemic inflammation. Insights may lead to use of methylation, antioxidant, and time-restricted eating opportunities to support healthy expression of longevity genes (e.g., TERT, MIR29B2CHG) and autophagy pathways.
2. Nutrient Sensing Dysregulation
Aging affects how the body detects and uses nutrients.
